I am love.

I am health.

I am peace.

i deserve to be loved.

I deserve to be happy.

I deserve to be healthy.

Today begins the healing of my body, mind and spirit.

I forgive myself for the mistakes I made because I'm not guilty of anything - then I couldn't even have done differently.

I forgive all the people I've been angry with and accept them because they could not be what I wanted them to be.

I release them and let go of the feeling of resentment forever.

Completely releasing the past in the present to free my future.

I'm done judging myself and others forever.

I surrender at this moment all my pain, all my mistakes to You oh God Almighty Father to turn everything into love, health and peace.

With His divine power and love within me, I resolve to heal my body, mind and soul.

I open my heart to his pure love which surrounds me with its radiant light, invigorating every cell in my body and every negative thought, turning them into positives ones, reshaping me into a new life filled with love and joy.

I wholeheartedly desire this healing so that I can help heal others and thus fulfill my mission of love in this life.
